NFPA 70 - National Electrical Code – 3 days

The standard code course is necessary in order to ensure currency in the occupation.  While providing the candidate with an opportunity to brush up on their skills, the taking of a substantive course in the electrical occupation enables the candidate to remain conversant with best practices and advances in the field, especially where there has been a change in the electrical code.  The Code course is a mandatory part of the process for the initial certification.


IAEI and NFPA® Analysis of Changes – NEC 2014 – 1 day

Analysis of Changes is a mandatory course for recertification and will help you understand and implement major changes in the 2014 National Electrical Code.   There are hundreds of revisions in the 2014 NEC that will have a direct impact on residential, commercial, and industrial installations. Learn about recent safety revisions for green energy systems, updates that improve worker protection, and much more. The course book includes full-color graphics which clarify each revision and show how to apply it correctly on the job.  The details cover why the change was initiated and accepted.


The Customer Service Training – 1 day

The Customer Service Training is a mandatory requirement for National Certification. The one day seminar (8:30 am – 5: 00 pm) is designed to teach the basics for Understanding the Value of the Customer and how to Manage Challenging Customers. The course will provide the tools that enable the employee to professionally represent the employer with pride, integrity, and passion. Customer service skills improve customer satisfaction and help the business to retain customers.
