The Youth Employment Strategy aims to address unemployment by facilitating greater opportunities and educational pathways for all young Bermudians between 18-26 years old. In an effort to address the current and future demands of the labour market, the Ministry of Economy and Labour has developed a strategy to ensure that our young people are prepared for the current and future world of work.
